Windows 7 boot/logon screen - Customizable or no way?

Hey all,

If you read the title you know my question, is it possible to customize the boot or logon screen for windows 7? I've read in the past that the devs didn't want to allow this citing security issues, but I was wondering if there was way to do it.

Any input appreciated as usual,

Try this software. It will downscale images for proper dimensions and file size on it's own, which is why I like it.

And logon screen changes only apply to Windows 7, Tsuchi. If you're using anything else the cigar will forever be a distant dream that will never be realized... unless there is third party software that will do it for XP/Vista. Dunno.
