Windows 7 after installing seems to have errors

After installing win 7 32bit I have some problems install softwares.. with permissions, etc... and some like ATI drivers... after installing pop up some errors information. PC is not overclocked and is retail from newegg. Office 2010 does not seems to install... keeps saying about permissions to some folder. I am already logged in as Administrator. In the XP and Windows Vista this problem was not so bad like 7. Suggestions?
 
Before you start hunting for hardware problems, try a fresh installation. If you get two failed installs in a row, try the simple/obvious/free stuff like reseating the ram, use just one stick of ram, using a different DVD drive, etc.
