I've seen this happen with ATI, Intel, ansd NV video, so it must be the OS.
Using standard Aero theme in Win7 HP.
Using Firefox browser.
1) With various desktop widgets on the desktop underneath FF, and FF HW accel scrolling, rapidly scrolling the page, you can see glitches in the redraw where the desktop widget is underneath the window.
2) With Waterfox underneath, on a twitch.tv page, and then an active skype video chat window on top, there is a vertical line in the skype video window when it updates, right where the edge of the waterfox window is below it. It's like tearing, except vertical instead of horizontal.
It's like the clip regions of underneath windows bleed through to the top window, and in case #2, skype then updates the video window as two seperate halves, instead of one singular rectangular window area.
