Windows 7 Aero not working on new Gigabyte 7950

Got a new SSD and Gigabyte 7950 today.

I installed Win7 Ultimate on the SSD, got the 12.8 drivers and aero won't work. When I try to do the troubleshooting aero thing it says it can't be identified.

I've also tried to uninstall the 12.8 drivers and use the 12.7 beta. Still got the same problem.

Randomly started working after I done the windows assessment thing.

Areo needs a certain WEI score to work, hence why.
