Windows 7 64bit SP1 PRO goes to sleep randomly while gaming/full screen?

I have hibernation disabled, and for whatever reason my computer keeps going to sleep randomly. I want to say it's been 100% of the time while I am gaming full screen.I recently got a new video card (680 GTX), and SSD in hopes those may have been the issue...reformatted, and it still persists. I have checked the event viewer, but nothing stands out as to being an issue, except the NIC lost power and had to reconnect, which I assume is from itself forcing into sleep out of the blue.

I know it is not a temp issue, as i've watched CPU and GPU temps and they are more then safe... CPU barely breaks 35C, and GPU sits around 60C.

Another odd issue, I had my monitors set to sleep at 15 minutes of inactivity, it never did ... they would stay on for hours.

If it happens even after a format, I would think it has something to do with the bios. There are usually sleep states that you can adjust - S1 and S3, I think - maybe try changing those?

Also, is it possible that you are hitting a sleep key on your keyboard, or pressing a specific key combination? Win+U+H can cause hibernation.

In games, I don't hit anything other then needed, haha ... BIOS could be an option, does it just have sleep states, or something specific I should look for?

Hard to say; it depends on the motherboard. I'm am like 95% certain that it is called sleep states on most motherboards, though.

When it goes into sleep, can you bring it out again without a restart?
