I am thinking of trying out Windows 7 64 bit on my computer?

Does the 64 bit betas of Windows 7 works as well as the 32 bit betas?

Will I need another hard-drive so I can load this 2nd Operating system on my computer? Does this allow me to "dual boot" OS's so I can choose which one to run every time I start my computer?

Will Microsoft let me "update" newer versions of Windows 7 without having to reformat my hard drive?

Thanks for your patience ( I am new to this)

I think it's more of an issue that both are betas, than 64 vs 32 bit.

You just need a separate partition. Yes, you'll get a boot menu.

It updates just like all other MS OS's...Windows Update.
If you mean updating to the retail version of Windows 7 when it is released, I would assume that will be possible.
But I wouldn't want any "remnants" for the beta laying around, so I plan on doing a complete reinstall. After all, beats are not part of an "upgrade path", are they?
