So I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit and I have 8GB's of RAM (4 x 2GB) installed on a GA-P55-UD4P, but it will only allow me to access 4GB. I tried looking in BIOS to see if I could change any settings to no avail. Anyone know what might be going on? I have OCZ Special Ops Urban Elite 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) OCZSOU16004GK RAM. Thanks!

And if that isn't the problem...

Run MSConfig

Under boot options -> advanced settings -> Maximum Memory

Clear the check mark, click apply and restart the system.

It's supposed to, but there's a lot of crap BIOSes out there doing stupid things...
