Since when is this OS available? How would anyone possibly know the answer to your question since the OS isn't even finished? The pre-BETA copy had some poor 32 bit performance. That doesn't mean the final will.
ull be able to run 32bit and 16bit proggies in 64bit xp amd just fine. it prolly give it its own memory to play it exclusively from other proggies. im guessing comming out q4 this year
There has been some testing on this pre-beta OS. It uses an emulation V-machine whos name I forget to run 32bit code. This is a limitation of the OS not the processor. Slow. As. Hell. so far.
