Windows 2k/XP recovery console?

Does anyone know how to set the recovery console up to load from the F8 bootup menu under XP? I remember having it with Win2k, but I forgot how I enabled it.
 
I just did this recently myself, but don't have the directions handy. Go to MS Knowledge Base and search for "recovery console", you should find directions pretty quickly.
