Windows 2k start menu

Does anyone know how to make it so that the start menu programs tab doesn't hide things that aren't used much? I just hate this, I like to have access to all of my programs at all times, and I don't want the OS to tell me which programs I'm allowed to see, and I dont like pushing the little double arrow button at the bottom
