What would be some questions that would be asked if interviewing for a position supporting servers? Its a very large corporation. Thanks
 
If you are an HR person, why not ask the IT (ADMINS) people
what they are looking for? (or better yet, have one sit in on the interview)

Two questions to positively ask is:

How do you feel about performing tasks that are not technically challenging?
A user asks you to help him move a file cabinet. This is not part of your job description. What will you do and why?
 
Have you implemented Clustering Before ?
Do you know Site / Domain Gpo's
!! IMPORTANT ! DO YOU KNOW IIS 4/5/6 ?
Can you troubleshoot the Active Directory ?
Do you know / understand Terminal Services for Windows ?
Do you know how to set up an RRAS / IAS Server ?
Do you understand IPSEC ?
Do you know your AD Specifics --> Site / GC / Schema etc ?
