Windows 2k networking question

i have a small home lan and i can access my win 98 machiene feom the win2k machiene but i can't get to the win2k machiene from the win 98 machiene. it asks for a password, i put in my admin pw and it says that the pw is incorrect. Any help would be greatly apprecieated.

you have to enable the guest account in the user manager
OR you need to find out the computer name of your 98 machine, and add that computer name to your win2k user manager...then when you try to connect to the win2k box, it will again prompt for a password, and you can put in the password you assigned in association with the 98 box's computer name in user manager.

is that clear at all?

good luck

Setup and user account with the l/p that you want to log on with on the 98 machine, and then make all of your drives shared.
Should work fine.
