Windows 2K Login in Win XP

I was messing around with my network settings and somehow set my computer to windows 2000 mode or something stupid. It gives me a box to login when i start my computer instead of a welcome screen. It also looks like 2000/NT when i use ctrl+ alt+ delete. My startup times have gone up a crapload also, anyone know how to change it back?

oh man, noone can help? I'd put a screen shot up but i can't take a print screen when i ctrl-alt-del. It is so annoying! I want my welcome screen back!

Control Panel \ User Accounts \ User Accounts \ Change the way users log on of off Turn the welcome screen back on there.
