windows 2K. how do you uninstall a program?

I've just started working on a windows 2k OS. and have to clean out hte old outlook express folder. i went under control panel, add/remove programs and outlook express isn't in there. how, and where do I go to remove outlook express from this system?
 
Someone asked this a few days ago. Do a search for Outlook express.

Just curious, why do so many people want to remove Outlook express. If you don't use it it just sits there, not taking up space. Do you think it actually affects your PC that much?
