Windows 2k Event Manager error help

I've recently uninistalled a Leadtek Winfast 2000 XP from my win2k pro machine by uninstalling the software first, removing the drivers, and then finally removing the hardware. However, when I boot up, I get a popup report from the event viewer that says that there was a failure starting up the Winfast 2000 XP crossbar and TV tuner because there's no associated hardware. Does anyone know where in my system I can clean this out from?
