Windows 2003 Standard Server vs Windows 2003 Small Business Server

OK, so I'm going to start implementing a Windows Server 2003 system in a couple of weeks, replacing the Win Server 2000 we use now.

We have 17 machines here, will want to use the server as both a file server and an Internet Connection Sharing server + firewall.
It would also be a domain server.

Which one of the versions should I get and why?
Thanks.

My personal opinion is that a small business (less than 50 employees) that doesn't take a HARD look at Windows Small Business Server 2003 is crazy. It's far easier to CORRECTLY implement than Server 2003 plus Exchange 2003, is MUCH cheaper and easier to maintain, and has features (like Remote Web Workplace) that you can't get in straight Server 2003 at any price.
