Windows 2003 server 32bit or 64??

should i use 64bit windows 2003 for my a64? will i have problems with installing programs?

IIS is a Windows component and is nativly 64 bit. It will not have a problem running on your 64bit system.

Though in all honesty you would have to have a seriously loaded FTP server before it would make any kind of a performance differance.
