Windows 2003 Domain question...

I have a Windows 2003 server with two client computers on a domain. I can login with my account on my computer, but I can't login with my account on the other computer, getting an error saying that the local policy does not permit me to login. If I have the computer owner add me as a user to that computer, it lets me login.

My question is...is there something I can set on the server domain that would allow me to login to other computers without having to add my user account to each computer?

"If I have the computer owner add me as a user to that computer, it lets me login."

Where is this being added? in the control panel? in computer management?
