Windows 2000 with XP icons...

OK, I've a Windows 2000 SP3 system, I wopuld really love to have the cool new icon sets from Windows XP. I have th "shell32.dll" (6.0.2600.0) from th XP OS. I've applied a few icons, such as My Computer, the Recycle Bin, etc. using display properties... my question is, if I replace the shell32.dll from 2000 for the on from XP, what could happen? are there only icons in this library?

How about icons from the Explorer/IE/OE toolbar? Has anyone try this before?

Do *not* replace shell32.dll on your 2K system. Rename it to something else and reference the icons from there.
