Windows 2000 will run fine on an Athlon 64, right?

I'm upgrading one my systems that runs Windows 2000 with an Athlon 64, and I want to make sure it will work fine.

I know Windows 2000 doesn't run as well as Windows XP on hyper-threaded enabled Pentium 4s. Are there any similar limitations on an Athlon 64 I should be aware of?

I've looked around and there don't seem to be any, but I want to make sure I'm not overlooking something. Thanks for the help!

Windows 2000 isnt a 64bit OS. It'll run fine it just wont be able to take advantage of the 64bit capabilities of the chip.

Sorry, I forgot to mention I'm not expecting it to run 64bit. As long as it works otherwise, that's all I need to know, thank you!
