windows 2000 style ctl-alt-del screen in xp

how i set up my windows xp to have a ctl-alt-del screen like windows 2000? in my system, pressing that combination simply brings up the task manager. i didn't know this was possible until recently, when i saw some xp workstations with the win2k style screen.

For anyone looking to do this, you need to disable fast user switching (for sure), and maybe the Welcome Screen. I'm not sure about the welcome screen...its been a little while since I've done it.
