Okay, we know it is ready to role and has been forced back a few weeks so that WinXP looks better so more people buy it.

I think thats evil, it has been ready since June.
 
I heard (through work--Premier Support) that SP3 wouldn't be available until next year sometime.

its not ready yet, I happen to know they are still preforming regression testing on at least the new tcpip stack and ndis, I have a prelease of them though and they seem fine.
