Windows 2000 setup freezes w/ geforce2 mx400

I just got a pci - geforce2 mx400 vid card for my hp 8650C. Its vid card is a onboard card that is attatched to the mobo. I added the geforce to my comp. so now i got it and the vid card that is attatched to the mobo. i put the monitor port in the geforce card. now when i start up my comp the windows 2000 thing comes up, then freezes at 100%. What should i do.

See if you can disable the onboard video in the BIOS.
