Windows 2000 Service Pack 3?

I just downloaded the Application Compatibility Toolkit ver 2.5 and tried to install it but it doesn't allow me to, saying it requires Windows 2000 Service Pack 3. Now I've checked Windows Update and microsoft.com/downloads and can't find any SP3, and all I can find on google is this article on 3dspotlight. So did they go and release a package that people can't even use yet or am I missing something?
 
Service Pack 3 wont be available for some time...probably not until August at least.
I am on the BETA Tester team and it is pretty decent.

 
It probably adds some WinXP bugs just to keep us updated. 😎
I'd like to see some code speed up in WinOSes but this is really impossible since they are promoting the evolution of h/w. So what else is new with this service pack?
