Does anyone know a web site with a guide on setting up a Windows 2000 server? I've basically got the domain working, but I can't get NAT to work. I've used Sygate, but a lot of things are limited, including speed, which, for some reason, is significantly less with sygate. Also, ftp, mail, and some other things don't work with Sygate, I don't know why. It should. If anyone has any good solutions to this, please let me know. BTW, I'm connecting it through a 3Com Superstack II, 24-port Switch connected to a server with 2 NIC's, one to connect to the switch, one for the cable modem. The server's running Windows 2000 Advanced Server.

I would recommend buying a hardware router. These days they cost less than you make by 3pm, and most have EASY EASY web-based management menus. All that software BS will evaporate and you will kick yourself for not doing it sooner.

Just my opinion
