You need Norton Enterprise. Awsome software, works great, we use it where I work...only thing is it takes a whole nother box running the Antivirus server service if you want full scanning done across youre network.

I'll agree with everyone elses' recommendation of NAV Corporate Edition. I'm fortunate enough to go to a school that has a site license for the software, so I've been able to use it for the past few months. (Anyone else who attends UCB can get it here.) The thing I really like about it over other more consumer oriented virus software is that it seems very unobtrusive. There is only a single tray icon to deal with, and the user interface is intuitive and light.

Here is a screen shot of it running on one of my systems. I have it running in unmanaged (standalone) mode, but it can also be configured to talk to a central server on your network, as HelloDeli mentioned.

My Windows 2000 Server box is running Kaspersky Antivirus. There is version for DOS, Linux, FreeBSD, Novell, Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000 and for Mail gateways and for MS Exchange server and PALM OS. And it is absolutely awesome. Catches viruses much better than NAV or McAfee. There is script checker, resident module, heuristic analizer for unknown viruses, automatic update etc. It notifies me via e-mail if somebody is trying (unsuccesefully) to open attachment with viruses... Well - there is too much to tell. More info here
