OK, here is the deal:
I have a LAN at home, with a few computers and an Microsoft BackOffice Small Business Server (NT4) running on a fairly old Dell Server. This is getting a little slow now so i have an entire new server and MS Small Business Server 2000 ready to take over.
So i have installed MS SBS 2k on the new machine (and created a new Domain name), and i have connected it to the current network to check that i can at least see the current network. That i can. So i access one of the PC's (tried all) and try to copy a few files. 10 or so small ish files (<50kb) is fine, and copies fine from the Workstation to the new server. Single big files (90Mb) seem to copy and work fine too. However larger (10x 1Mb) files just 'crashes' the computer copying the files. Some kind of network problem seems to have occured, and i cannot figure out what the problem is.
Any suggestions would be great, and if you need any info just ask
thx
