Windows 2000 Server not shutting down

Hello,

I have a Dell Power Edge 6300 Server. Its a Quad Processor PIII Xeon 550 Server with 3 9.1GB 10k RPM HDD's in a Raid5 configuration and 1GB Ram. I just did a fresh install of Windows 2000 Server on it with SP2 and it will not shut down. Has anyone else experienced problems with this server or Widnows 2000 Server shutting down in general? Thanks!
