Windows 2000 restarts when it's shutoff

Built a box with Windows 2000. Works fine, except when I go to turn off the computer (Start>Shut Down>Shut Down), it shuts all the way down, then restarts again. I've checked all the cabling and even reinstalled, I can't figure it out.

Any ideas?
 
Have you applied any service packs yet? Some systems need an updated service pack to resolve such issues with ACPI.
