Windows 2000 Redirector Service Won't Start

Win2k won't start "Redirector" and my understanding is that this is linked to the Workstation service, but when I look in the Services section on this pc, there is no Workstation.

Is Redirector tied into the Workstation service, and if so, how can I restore it?
