Hi I rebooted my box this afternoon and it got to loading personal settings and it cam up with the error " Unable to load user profile pleas contact you Admin Details Unable to create temp profile not enough room in registry log" I checked the registry size limit and its not even half the limit yet. It wouldent save anny settings ie. firewall settings. I pressed F8 and loaded last known good config but it still seems to have lost everything and insted of useing the dir c:\documents and setting\administrator\desktop its now using c:\documents and settings\administrator, "registered owner name" any ideas on y this happend and if it might do it again. And yes i did scan disk and stuff no bad sectors and drive is not fragged

Ive never seen anything like this before any help would be apreciated

Thanks
Steve

Right-click "My Computer" and choose "Properties". What does it show under "Registered owner" on the "General" tab?
Also, when posting what errors you are getting, please make sure that you haven't misspelled anything.

(1) How much free space is on your boot partition?
(2) Set all your log files to overwrite as necessary.

Two suggestions off the top of my sleepy head.
