Windows 2000 Professional + MonsterSound MX300 + Winamp = problems

SOrry about the long title. But I am back with more problems with my stupid MX300.I will start out by saying that I will try to avoid S3 at all costs. Anyways, if I am playing a song in winamp and do other things, like browse the web, the song gets jittered. Actually the song plays fine but the same song is also playing in the background and that is the one that is jittery. Regardless it is messed up. Anyone else have this problem?:|
 
Although I don't see how, it might be a CPU utilization problem. I've had such problems with my setup(not using an MX300 cause I learned to stay away from S3 last year). Other than that I've noticed that S3 doesn't seem to have the greatest drivers in the world.
