Windows 2000 Problem

I currently have windows 2000 pro installed on a 8kta3 w/ 800 duron

Specs Below
Sound Blaster Live 5.1 X/Gamer
Maxtor 20gig 7200 rpm ata-100 on promise controller (pci)
Fugitsu 20 6200 rpm ata-66 on promise controller (pci)

Then on the MB IDE i have a
plextor 12/10/32a
and a dvd dive

Lan card

Is a very stable OS with no problems at all.

Only thing is IF i shut it down, it will boot up with a curopted OS every time.
If i just restart then hit power button i have no problems.

I currenlt have acpi enabled and i also have added a minute log wav file to the shutdown process.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Spelling makes a difference. Make sure you don't mess it up.

I did check the spelling i went into the global search are and selected all and found nothing
