I have started recieveing the following stop message on windows 2000 starting to boot
STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0x8041FCF8,0x00000000, 0x0000001D) KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

I am unable to boot to windows except in safemode. i have tried removing all my drivers but that didn't work and i have tried to flash my BIOS using the AWRDFLASH.exe from the DFI website but it just says source file not found even though both the BIN and the flast util are on the floppy. Specs are

Athlon 2500+
2x256MB Twinmos pc3200 in dual channel
Chaintech GF4 MX440 64MB
Matsushita DVD-ROM
Matsushita CD-RW
450W QTEC PSU
Windows 2000 pro SP3 (no net connection as of yet)
I had installed the latest 3.13 Nforce drivers, 52.16 nvidia disply drivers, HP printer drivers, realtek lan drivers
all have been uninstalled in safe mode but no luck. can anyone help me out please????
P.S. Almost forgot to mention that my RH9 Linux is workin with no probs
