Windows 2000 Pro & SiSoft Sandra 2000 Pro

I'm relatively new to Win2K so perhaps I'm not doing something correctly. I can get CPU and HDD benchmarks but everytime I try to test my RAM the program closes and I get the following message: "sandra.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows."

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Sandra was not written for NT but will run the cpu and hardrive benchmark. Sisoft has another program called Samantha to run in NT and have seen some mainboard win2k benckmarks using it but I have never been able to find it availble for download anywhere. I hope another forum member can gives us a link for the Samantha download.
