Windows 2000 Pro & Internet Explorer 5.0, 5.1, 5.5 Error

Hope anyone can help me out.

While browsing(not always), sometimes I get these error:IEPLORE.EXE generated errors and will be shutdown, restart program (CLICK OK) goes back to the desktop. No Clue at all whats causing the error. Help

I see you're using the P3V4X but don't mention what processor. If you are using a flip chip and have a slocket in place as an adapter it may be the adapter is causing these errors. You may try to change the slocket to a different brand than the one you are using. I had three of them until I found that the Iwill Slocket II works the best in my system.
If you are using a Slot 1 processor then I would look to the memory settings in the BIOS and finally try using the newest IE 5.5 version which is 5.50.4134.0600. The download is at this link:

Also make sure the soundblaster drivers for Liveware 3.0 are in place.

Thanks, I am using PIII 700MHz(not overclocked)(Slot 1) so you're saying that I should check my memory settings in the BIOS, I know to get there but which settings are you talking about, there's 2T's bunch of them, everything is set to "default" except for AGP set to 4X, Fast Write Enabled.
