Windows 2000 Pro Compatability Tab

Hi, I have a question with Windows 2000 Pro and the compatability update tab in the shortcut. I have my administration account and my power user account, and on my administration account I can go into the shortcut tab and change and activate the compatability settings, but on my power user account, the tab doesn't exist in my shortcuts. I'm wondering if there is some way I can get the tab to carry over, or if the compatability settings on the shortcut on my admin account will carry over to other accounts on the system when they run the program. Thanks.

BTW, I'm using Windows 2000 Pro SP2.

He is right. It should be part of the policies. What policy I really don't know. But to start you off (assumming this is just for the local policies), goto 'run' and type 'lgp.msc'. This will bring up your Local Group Policies. From there you will have to find the description of the policy you want to change. Then it will either not be configured, or configured with the Administrators group the only one listed. In that case, just add your power users group to that particular policy.
