Windows 2000 Pro as a Domain Controller

I was looking for a way to make win2k pro a domain controller. According to www.windows2000faq.com it's possible using a utility called DCPROMO.EXE which is shipped with all copies of win2k. However, my computer doesn't have it anywhere, I even reinstalled windows and it wasn't there and it's not on the CD. Where would i get this handy little program?

click start run in the dialog box type DCPROMO to open the active directory installation wizard. but before u open the dcpromo u must ensure that win2k domain youre trying tocreate has a dns zone configured. the dns zone supports service records and is enabled for dynamic updates. wihout this info the wizard cant do its job.
