Windows 2000 Powertoys

Microsoft has a powertoy for Windows XP that will automatically resize pictures for you. Does anyone know if a similar software exists for Windows 2000?

I know what you are talking about. No they don't, at least as far as I could look. I like the Image resizer and the multipule desktops.
