I recently switched from win XP to win 2000 pro with my IBM T40

one prob I have is it wont let me rotate images without going into adobe photoshop.

anyone have advice?
 
There isn't a Microsoft Imaging program on there?

I dont believe mspaint had support for jpegs in Win2k...although I might be mistaken.

But i am sure there are tons of free lightweight programs that do this for you 🙂
