Windows 2000 is Crashing/Freezing! ACK

Help, my computer, a p3-700e OCed to 1050mhz @ 1.85v, a Hercules GeForce2 GTS 64 with the Core/Mem Clock OCed to 210/400 is crashing and it didn't start till lately =/ I tried to run SiSoft Sandra's BurnIn Wizard, and when I came back 15-20 minutes later the damn stupid Win2k has BSOD on me, with a Memory Dump error on nv4_mini.sys.

When something like this happens, what does it usually mean? It's been working fine for the past 2-3 weeks, I could play Counter Strike/Quake 3 for hours without the system crashing on me.

Oh and another thing, there are times when the computer will just freeze on me when I'm just sitting there reading e-mail or browsing the web. What do you guys think could be causing this. Should I bump my VCore to 1.90?

Well please let me know... And thanks in Advance.

The nv4_mini.sys is part of the nvidia driver. I had the same problem with a TNT that I had tried to overclock. The driver has alot to do with it. Which 6.XX or 7.XX are you using? I also could play CS for hours on end for some reason. My lockups and BSOD's would come when I used Media Player. I dropped the o/c down a little on the vid card and still locked up. I then found out that my celry 366 at 550 did not like Media Player at this speed. I could play any of my games for hours on end with no lockups. My advice is to change drivers and drop the o/c down a little on the proc and vid card one at a time and find out which is the culprit of the lockups.
Hope this helps.

Hey thanks for the reply, truly appreciate it. Was wondering if better cooling will help my System, cause it's getting warmer where I live (Southern Cali) and I've always had it run at such high core/mem setting before..
