Windows 2000 irq problems <solved>

I know I've seen this before but I couldn't find it again on the site. I'm having trouble with some games most I can figure out so far is it has something to do with the sound and video conflicting.

I am running win2000 sp2 my sound, video, and modem are all on irq11. is it okay to have them all on same irq?

Yes, it's designed that way. Actually it's only superficially on the same IRQ as Win2000 uses IRQ11 as a 'gateway' of sorts to other virtual IRQ's.
