I might have a hard time describing this

I have windows 2000 SP 5 and i have 200 gig drive and the os recognizes drive space and i have updated everything.

Problem.
I have 2 partitions one primary and logical. Everytime i open files on my logical drive it will work for a while and then all of a sudden it will give me a message that says the system or folder is not responding.

But i dont have any issues with the primary c dirve that has the os on it?

Any suggestions???

I think SP5 is your problem, because it dosen't exist.

ouch sorry i meant latest service pack sp4. Any how I deleted the partition and re-created. Works fine, but i wish i knew what went wrong. Maybe because i was imagining my sys had service 5 instead lol
