I am running Win2k Pro, and every time I start up the computer, about 5 minutes later it gives me an error that says WhAgent.exe has had some program error and will be shut down. Does anyone know what this is or if it is bad or something? I am very confused 
and uncertain. It hasn't been doing this forever, just started this past weekend, maybe after i installed Office XP? Any information would be great.

edit: ok, I feel dumb, just found this program, says it "measures web site performance" and was installed in conjunction with some other program. I'm going to uninstall it and monitor more closely what gets installed on my precious computer.
