Windows 2000 Display Properties

For the longest time I've used Win2K without feeling the need for a wallpaper background but
recently I've gotten the urge to plaster one on my desktop but for some odd reason, the list boxes
and buttons on the Background tab in Display Properties are all disabled and I can't click on them!
Everything else is available! I'm an administrator, it can't do this to me! :| Someone help please 😱

Try installing the system policy editor (poledit) and make sure that all the display access options are correct.
