Windows 2000 "Critical Updates" do I need them all or just the latest one?

If I download the top one:
Security Update, May 24, 2001

Do I need any of the previous Secuirty Updates or the "Critical Update, July 14, 2000"

Or does the top one include all the rest?

I can't just use Windows Update because this box won't have internet connection.

The critical updates are not cumulative like the NT Service Packs, so you have to download all of them. In fact, this is what Windows Update does as well.

Damn...Maybe I should connect it to the network briefly and use Windows update....

you would be better off using windows update or buying one of those cds from ms that has all the updates on it. Some of the update installers are the install on demand type thing where it only d/ls what you need. The critical updates might be full downloads but the IE updates and some system updates use the install on demand stuff.
