Is all of this hardware win2k compliant?

MSI K7T Pro 2-A Socket A VIA KT133 ATX AGP Motherboard
Sound Blaster PCI 128
D-Link Full Duplex 10/100Mbps Fast Ethernet NIC DFE530TX+
Matrox Millennium G450 16MB SDR AGP Dualhead

I'm trying to find stable win2k compliant hardware to build a PC for my chuch.

looks good to me...now there's even a win2k driver for for the sb pci128

looks like konda overkill on the videocard though, imho

Why is it overkill? it's only $75. What would you recommend?
