Windows 2000 compatibilty

For a computer that will primarily be used for internet surfing, word processing, DVD playing, occasional gaming, and a home-network server, would Windows 2000 be a viable solution for my OS. Are there drivers for Radeon 64MB DDR VIVO? AOpen 1640 Pro DVD-Drive?
 
Radeon 64 MB DDR Tivo- Yes, Been testing it in my lab. Haven't touched the Tivo functions but the DD is fairly stable and supports DX7. The DX8 driver is an ATI "unsupported" driver but I wouldn't be surprised if all of the ATI slammers out there are surprised in the next several months as I have heard that Device Drivers will be coming faster in the next few months
 
Yeah, stability is tops in my book. Close second is ease of use. I really love this thing. Its a bit tough to get setup for a network as you have a lot of settings to get through, but its sweet.
