Windows 2000 Compat: are these games?

HL & OpFour are...but I never did get HL to run as well in 2k...but it is still compatible 😉
 
out of those 3...i play half life [counter-strike] and it runs exactly the same. dunno about fps...but i've got a geforce2 and will always get max fps in that game
