Windows 2000 - ATI TV Wonder question

After much problem of getting the card to work correctly it finally does - with only one small problem.....

After I use the program a couple of times to watch television, once I start it up again the picture is slow and moves frame by frame. This is the only reason that I now have to reboot the computer (love Windows 2000!). Wonder if anybody has had this problem or any suggestions to offer!

I've had mine start pausing every 30 seconds or so, and then resuming, but never slowing down that much. After I restart the problem seems to go away again.
 
Are you using the latest WDM drivers? Also, you should try to use third party viewing software, that might help somewhat.
